The Kercher Group, Inc., is pleased to announce that Scott Stevens, P.E., has joined the firm to lead our growing Local Government Pavement Management Practice. Scott is a 37-year industry veteran and licensed Professional Engineer with a diverse engineering administration and project management background. He has 17 years of governmental experience and for the past 20 years has provided consulting services embracing a wide range of disciplines including asset management; pavement management; and geographic information system (GIS) data analysis. He has led pavement management services on over 10,000 miles of roads for clients throughout Florida and is a recognized expert in implementing PAVERTM software. Scott has been an advocate of pavement preservation and helped establish the Florida Pavement Preservation Council (FPPC) through the National Center for Pavement Preservation (NCPP). Scott is ready and able to assist our local transportation agency clients in achieving their pavement program goals.
