When implementing asset management software such as pavement, bridge or maintenance management software, Agencies vary in their desire to customize the software for themselves.

Many smaller agencies, where resources must already wear many hats, often desire minimal configuration and in many cases do not want to operate the software themselves. In these cases, The Kercher Group provides turnkey services allowing agency resources to concentrate on the output of these management systems.

In other cases, agencies may desire to take a much more hands on approach. For these agencies, The Kercher Group can help set up and configure software, and then turn this over to the agency to operate themselves with appropriate training and support services.

In large implementations, The Kercher Group can act as the agency’s trusted advisor to help review deliverables and answer questions and generally support the agency during the implementation of the new or upgraded software.
