Agencies often have existing business processes that they feel could be more efficient or that they desire to streamline. In other cases agencies may require definition and documentation of desired new processes. The Kercher Group facilitates work sessions with client subject matter experts to document desired outcomes, common use cases, individual tasks and data flows for each process. During these sessions and in follow up communications, major pain points are identified and mitigation strategies and recommendations are developed. These can then be used for future development of policy guidelines, software configuration requirements, testing and training.
