Our Team

Ken is a Principal with The Kercher Group, which was created through the merger of the firm he founded, Asset Management Associates, with Kercher Engineering. He has more than 30 years of transportation operations background including 12 years with the North Carolina Department of Transportation as a District Engineer.

Ken also served as Principal Officer and Director of Operations for Infrastructure Corporation of America, a highway and facilities infrastructure performance management company. He formed Asset Management Associates with the express purpose of working with public and private transportation agencies, establishing strategic plans for performance-based asset management systems.

Ken has provided life cycle cost analysis for preservation of transportation assets on both public and privately financed projects in the United States and Canada. He has more than 30 years of program management experience, including maintenance program design, maintenance management systems analysis, performance standards, resource allocation, and program development.
