The Kercher Group presents finding to South Carolina DOT

SCDOT has published the final report from its recently completed Structural Efficiencies Study of the agency. The Kercher Group played an integral role in this study, leading work efforts in the areas of Information Technology and Relationships with External Entities. The Conti Group-KPMG-Kercher Group Consultant Team was selected by SCDOT this past spring to undertake the project. The key findings and recommendations were presented to the SCDOT Transportation Commission at their December 7, 2017 meeting in Columbia. The study report can be downloaded at:
