Aaron has 14 years of experience in the field of infrastructure asset management. He has led the management, development, implementation, and configuration of many infrastructure asset management projects for pavements, bridges, signs, signals, pedestrian facilities, and maintenance management for State, County, and Municipal agencies across the nation.  Aaron has provided technical and administrative expertise in the following focus areas:  Transportation Asset Management Planning, Project Management, Business Process Review, Software Evaluation, Software Configuration, Data Collection (Manual and Automated Methods), Data Quality Management, Engineering Knowledge Transfer and Decision Making, Asset Performance Modeling, Network Level and Project Level Treatment Selection, Innovative Preservation Treatment Applications, Asset Sustainability Analysis, Life Cycle Assessment, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Optimization Analysis.  Aaron currently serves on the TRB Committee AFD10 – Pavement Management Systems, and the TRB Committee AFD20 – Committee on Pavement Condition Evaluation.
